Workforce Education

Welcome to Workforce Education!

At Santa Rosa District Schools, Workforce Education connects learning to the real world! Our team oversees all Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses and programs across our elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as Locklin Technical College and the Santa Rosa Center for Innovation. The Workforce Education Team is very passionate about creating opportunities and pathways that help our students discover their interests, develop in-demand skills, and prepare for their future.

Today’s workforce demands relevant skills, industry knowledge, innovation, and the confidence to adapt to an ever-changing world. Through a career pathways model, our programs provide students with rigorous, hands-on learning experiences that connect education to high-skill, high-wage, and in-demand careers.

We are committed to equipping students with the knowledge, technical skills, and essential employability skills they need to thrive in a global economy and pursue meaningful careers.

We believe career readiness starts early, and every student deserves the opportunity to discover where their future can take them!
