🇺🇸 Patriot Day 🇺🇸 Across the district, our schools paused today to remember and honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001. We are grateful for the courage and swift action of first responders whose heroism continues to inspire us. From wearing red, white, and blue, hosting ceremonies, welcoming first responders, and so much more, our students and staff showed heartfelt respect for this important day. As part of Florida’s required instruction, all K–12 students learned about the events of 9/11 at an age-appropriate level, ensuring this history is never forgotten.
